The love of the truth is a life-changing focus, absolute and essential. Truth has tremendous power: it will either attract of repel. The love of the truth will set us free from delusions and deception, as we learn to know the One who is the Truth.
The Logos speaks into our lives with authority and power. Under the dynamic of that Voice, how shall we live?
Life brings life questions. How would the Creator of Life have His children to think about…. euthanasia? safety procedures? animal rights? handicapped folk? contraceptives? abortion? Listen and be challenged to share God’s view of every life that has been created in His image.
The problem with extremism is as old as man. Ecclesiastes 7:16 - 18 (paraphrased) says this: Do not be overly-righteous or overly-wise. Why should you destroy yourself? Do not be overly-wicked or foolish. Why should you die before your time? It is good to recognize and avoid all of these extremes.
